2020 Program Schedule

Cross advanced training:

Cross advanced strength and conditioning training is designed to improve your overall athletic performance and technique. It includes highly technical functional  movements, i.e., deadlifts, squats, cleans, thrusters, pull ups, toes-to-bar, double unders, etc. This program targets your whole body and boosts your metabolism. Trainings are done at high intensity and are appropriated only for advanced athletes.

Cross basic training:

Cross basic strength and conditioning training is designed to improve your overall athletic
performance and work on your whole body. It includes functional movements, i.e., deadlifts,
squats, push-ups, running etc. Trainings are done at medium intensity and are appropriated for all athletes, from beginners to advanced.

Core and glute training:

Core and glute training is designed to improve your core strength and work on all glute muscles. This program develops the most important muscles for your posture and athletic performance, while also aesthetically improving your glutes. Trainings are done at medium intensity and are appropriated for all athletes.

HIIT/Cardio training:

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to burn calories. It includes basic functional movements, i.e., jumping, running, push-ups, squats, etc. This program efficiently targets whole body and aims to maximally improve your cardio. Trainings are done at high intensity with options suitable for beginners as well as for more advanced athletes.

Body & Mind training:

Body & Mind training is designed to relax and calm yourself in the evening hours. It includes
various stretches, breathing techniques, yoga poses and meditation techniques. This program targets your whole body and improves your overall well-being and boosts body’s recovery. Trainings are done at low intensity and are appropriated for all athletes, from beginners to advanced.

Yoga & Pilates training:

Yoga & Pilates training is designed to improve your overall physical and mental health. It
includes various yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretches, meditation techniques, core stability, etc. This program targets your whole body, especially your core (Pilates). First part of the training is focused on yoga, and the other one on Pilates. Trainings are done at low to medium intensity and are appropriated for all athletes, from beginners to advanced.

Surya Yoga training:

Surya Yoga training is designed to improve your yoga poses, breathing and meditation
techniques. It includes various yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretches and meditation techniques. This program works on your whole body and your mental health. Trainings are done at low to medium intensity and are appropriated for all athletes, from beginners to advanced.

Personal training:

At our center, you can choose an option of personal trainings. Depending on your goals in the world of fitness, you can choose which one of our coaches will be suitable for you. Be free to check our team members page to look up which coach is the best option for you.
