Weekly workshops 2020

In the 2020 season, we organized various workshops on a week basis. Aim of those workshops was to
teach our clients and athletes new skills and advance their movement patterns to avoid injuries in their
training, thus working on longevity of our members. We started with the main functional movements in
fitness and daily life – deadlift, squat, and press workshops. We then progressed to more complex
movements like kettlebell swings, cleans with barbells and kettlebells and Turkish get ups. We finished
the learning process with a short but intensive training to sweat a bit as well. After each workshop we
organized a small party so that we can hang out with our members and build our community. We will
surely repeat those workshops in our next 2021 season, so stay tuned!
